Today I am very pleased to announce that 10 local schools will benefit from a share of $32 million in grants to upgrade school infrastructure and equipment.
The following local schools will benefit from funding:

Thomas Reddall High School |
Refurbishing classrooms |
Ruse Public School |
Building new outdoor learning spaces |
Gledswood Hills Public School |
Installing and/or upgrading shade structures |
Ingleburn Public School |
Upgrading or improving existing outdoor learning spaces |
Eschol Park Public School |
Repairs or maintenance to school facilities |
Eagle Vale High School |
Purchasing and installing air-conditioning, and upgrading ventilation in school facilities |
Sarah Redfern High School |
Refurbishing classrooms. |
Oran Park High School |
Building new outdoor learning spaces |
John Therry Catholic High School |
Building new outdoor learning spaces |
The funding is part of a $250 million commitment to improve school infrastructure.
All schools across the country were invited to apply for the funding and projects were assessed by the Department of Education and selected based on need. Schools were able to apply for grants of up to $25,000 to support improvements, upgrades and learning environments.
The Albanese Labor Government is delivering on our promise to invest in our schools and there is more to come.
